LIVE ONLINE ZOOM YOGA CLASSES
In these adverse times which are affecting each and every one of us, all the yoga studios have closed and we are no longer able to practice yoga together. I have been missing the community of yoga students and teachers, but have found the Zoom platform a great way to practice together! It has helped me to stay connected to friends and students and I've even met new people through the classes. The contact has been invaluable.
It will serve us well to keep practising yoga and meditation to stay positive, calm and well.
I am offering daily morning meditations & Evening Calm Restorative. I've added 1 hour Morning Flow classes and extended the Lunchtime Flow to 45 mins.

I am suggesting a minimum donation for daily and weekly classes.
£4.50 per class. £17.50 for 1 week practice as much as you like.
If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please do not let that deter you from practising,
please get in touch to book a class.

ONLINE YOGA CLASSES AT YOGAHOME
Virtual Online Yogahome Classes
Yogahome studio are offering online virtual classes through Zoom and I shall be teaching on
Fridays 4.30pm-5.30pm Flow and Restore, 7.30pm-8.00pm Pranayama and Meditation and Saturdays 6pm a 1 hour Restorative class.

SELF - MASTERY & HEALING

This is a yoga & meditation workshop to develop self-mastery with the healing tools of yoga. We will attend to all levels of being to experience wholeness and healing.
We will spend time attending to our health and wellbeing through the healing practices of yoga. The intention is to create a space of healing and support during these challenging times. In this two hour workshop we will come together in the virtual world of Zoom, and immerse ourselves in healing practices that will nourish mind, body, spirit and emotions.
These yogic tools will help us experience, peace, calm and relaxation and to find steadiness through the ups and downs of present life. Through practice we have the opportunity to emerge from these challenging times with greater wisdom, strength, peace and compassion.
A real treat for the soul.
We will practice:-
Slow Flow Yoga to move, breathe and stretch
Self-massage to melt tension
Meditation, mantra and self-reflection
Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra
This is a workshop for everyone, feel free to partake with your house mates or partners, all are welcome.
You will need:
A space where you will be undisturbed
A Yoga mat to practice on
A tennis ball for self-massage (we can improvise if not)
Blankets, eye pillow/scarf
All the practices are suitable for all levels of experience.
Take time to be nourished, nurtured and feel deeply relaxed!
