In these adverse times which are affecting each and every one of us, all the yoga studios have closed and we are no longer able to practice yoga together.  I have been missing the community of yoga students and teachers, but have found the Zoom platform a great way to practice together! It has helped me to stay connected to friends and students and I've even met new people through the classes. The contact has been invaluable.

 It will serve us well to keep practising yoga and meditation to stay positive, calm and well.

I am offering daily morning meditations & Evening Calm Restorative. Morning Flow classes and Lunchtime Flow.

  I am suggesting a minimum donation of £4.50 for single classes,  £17.50 for 1 week, practice as much as you like or £50.00 for 30 days.

If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please do not let that deter you from practising.

Stillness & Peace

This is a great way to set up your day, by establishing true connection to yourself and inner peace within. These daily morning meditations are about cultivating self-mastery of mind and emotions. Through daily practice, connection to the inner resourcefulness of equanimity & peace are nourished and nurtured. Developing a regular practice wil serve you well each day and be beneficial when returning to 'normal' life.

Breathe & Move

Keep your energy flowing and your mind fresh and inspired to see you through the rest of the day.


Move, stretch, increase flexibility and strengthen your body.

Circulate and harness vital life force energy. Develop your practice and stay connected.

Start Fresh

Start your day positively and brightly. Move, stretch and strengthen your body.

Breathe fully and deeply to harness vital life force energy. Focus your mind to uplift and keep you motivated, during this confining time.

Get your blood and lymph circulating for immune health and wellbeing.

Evening Calm

These classes alternate between Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga

Calm & Soothe

A great way to wind down from your day. Completely let go of all worries and concerns. Experience & feel deep relaxation in your body, mind and emotions. Soothe your mind and senses, & nourish your nervous system. Let all systems of the body harmonise, equalise, restore and repair. Connect to the deep well of peace within.
