JOIN ME BACK IN THE STUDIOS!
The world of yoga is changing!
We are venturing into new territory as we adjust to a new world of yoga that is having to adhere to new protocols and new ways of practising and teaching. As from Wed 29th July you can come to class and join me for a 6pm Flow & Restore Class at Yogahome in Stoke Newington. I will also be teaching 7.30am Hot Yoga at Triyoga Chelsea on Friday 31st July. These classes will be live-streamed and whether you feel ready to comeback to the studio or prefer to wait, you can still join me wherever you are!
I will still be teaching some of my own online Zoom yoga classes up until 29th July, after which these classes will cease whilst I take a little break and reassess the online schedule for September.

Stillness & Peace
This is a great way to set up your day, by establishing true connection to yourself and inner peace within. These daily morning meditations are about cultivating self-mastery of mind and emotions. Through daily practice, connection to the inner resourcefulness of equanimity & peace are nourished and nurtured. Developing a regular practice wil serve you well each day and be beneficial when returning to 'normal' life.

Breathe fully and deeply to harness vital life force energy. Focus your mind to uplift and keep you motivated, during this confining time.

Calm & Soothe
A great way to wind down from your day. Completely let go of all worries and concerns. Experience & feel deep relaxation in your body, mind and emotions. Soothe your mind and senses, & nourish your nervous system. Let all systems of the body harmonise, equalise, restore and repair. Connect to the deep well of peace within.
