Cancellations within 24 hours of booking 

 

• A class will be credited to your account or a refund given

• You have the option to pass on your class place and nominate someone else. If this is the case, please inform florentinalamclark@hotmail, stating your name, when you booked and the person who will be taking your place.

If the class is cancelled for any reason or wifi connection on the hosts part is lost :-

​

• you will be refunded the  cost paid, or given a credit if you purchased a class pass
