I am a yoga teacher, sound healer and practitioner in the healing arts, based in London.
I offer classes and one to one teaching in yoga and meditation and lead Ayurveda, & Sound Healing workshops.
My passion is deep and my mission is to spread peace and calm and promote natural, healthy ways of living.
I teach Vinyasa Flow, Hot Tapasya Yoga, Flow & Restore, Restorative Yoga and Meditation.
My classes are welcoming and open to all.
