 Making connections, and staying healthy in body and mind is important for our wellbeing. Now that we are back in the studio for the in-person yoga experience, online attendance continues to be an option for all the studio classes I am teaching.

 A Monday Morning Meditation to start the week feeling grounded, centred and clear.
 
Come and join like-minds in a group meditation practice from the comfort of your own home. You will be guided in heartfelt practices such Metta, to expand and increase your vital life force energy.
