Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy Massage combines therapeutic massage with carefully selected essential oils to support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Following a consultation, a personalised blend of pure essential oils is created to suit your individual needs, whether you're seeking relaxation, relief from muscular tension, improved sleep or emotional balance.
The aroma of essential oils is inhaled during the treatment, while the oils are absorbed through the skin, creating a deeply nurturing and holistic experience. Well known for their calming and restorative properties, essential oils can help ease stress, promote relaxation and encourage a greater sense of balance.
What to Expect
Your session begins with a confidential consultation to understand your health, lifestyle and treatment goals. Every massage is tailored to your needs, with pressure adapted to your preference and areas of tension.
A combination of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, pressure point therapy and gentle healing touch, may be used to release muscular tension, improve circulation and restore ease of movement.
Treatments may focus on the whole body or specific areas such as the back, neck, shoulders, legs or abdomen, depending on what your body needs on the day.

Reflexology
Received on bare feet – and sometimes the hands, Reflexology treats the whole body, as all body parts are reflected on these areas. Reflexology is based on the principle that the anatomy and physiology of the body is mapped out on the feet; a microcosm of the macrocosm.
The feet are divided into 10 energy zones and channels that flow through the whole body. Specific finger pressure is used to cover all the zones and to initiate and accelerate the body’s own healing mechanism. The treatment is based on Western and Eastern Healing Reflexology techniques, in that both the physical and the energy systems of the body are addressed, thus being a whole-body approach. It is a highly effective natural healing therapy, that improves health and well-being.
The Benefits
Reflexology feels good. It is pleasant, soothing and relaxing and may help to relieve stress and tension. As all body systems and organs are mapped out on the feet, Reflexology may help with conditions of the, muscular, skeletal, nervous, digestive, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic, immune, reproductive, hormonal and urinary systems.
Conception, Pregnancy & Post-Natal Reflexology
If there are no pre-existing medical reasons for conceiving, then an over-load of stress chemicals may be a factor that can prevent a woman conceiving. Stress hormones play havoc with the bodies endocrine system and the release of reproductive hormones. Reflexology is a relaxing treatment that can help to neutralise cortisol and adrenaline and can help to tone the reproductive organs to prepare for conception.
Reflexology is a safe treatment during pregnancy, and I've seen it work with specific pregnancy ailments, such as carpel tunnel syndrome, pelvic pain, headaches, back-ache, morning sickness and water retention.
It is also a nourishing, nurturing treatment to help a new mum recover after giving birth.
How long is a treatment?
For a full reflexology session an hour is needed. This gives enough time to do a full treatment and to go over any areas that need working out.
How often?
Depending on the reasons for coming for Reflexology, a course of treatments may sometimes be recommended. This gives an opportunity for the body to make and process changes leading to positive health and well-being.
Aftercare
Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins.

What is Reiki & Seichem Healing?
Reiki & Seichem is a gentle yet powerful energy healing therapy that promotes deep relaxation, balance, and wellbeing. It combines the traditional practice of Usui Reiki with the elemental healing energies of Seichem to support the body's natural ability to restore harmony.

Learning Reiki & Seichem
Reiki & Seichem can be learned by anyone, whether for personal wellbeing or professional practice.
Training is offered in three progressive levels:

Level 1 – Focuses on self-healing and treating family, friends, and pets.

Level 2 – Deepens your practice, introduces healing symbols, and qualifies you to practise professionally.

Level 3 (Master Teacher) – Develops advanced understanding of energy healing and prepares you to teach others.
Zero Balancing was developed in 1975 by Dr. Fritz Smith, an American physician, osteopath, and acupuncturist. He combined his knowledge of Western structural bodywork (osteopathy and Rolfing) with Eastern energy concepts to create a therapy that balances body energy and bone structure.
This unique bodywork is the perfect integration between the structure and the energy fields of the body. Tensions can reside quite deep in the body and leave a memory of past injuries or emotional events that are often "buried" in the layers of connective tissue, muscle, organs right through to the bone.
More simply, it can just be the daily habitual patterns of movement or accumulation of stress that create tension and discomfort in the body. The focus of attention is therefore on the densest form of matter , the skeletal system. Engaging the energy of it by applying fulcrums (held stretches) along points of tension can help to release tension that is old or new.
The treatment involves light traction that helps ease out tension and aids a more efficient alignment in the body. To receive a treatment is to feel the clarity of touch and connection that encourages the body to release aches, pains and stiffness in a gentle way. Some wonderful work around the head and neck fulcrums help to clear deeply held stiffness and increase range of movement.
This treatment is helpful with injuries old or new, and helps with pulled muscles, repetitive strain of muscles and joints and is restoring of the nervous system as it is deeply relaxing.
Aligning mind and emotions
There are times when we can feel off-kilter, Zero Balancing is a whole body treatment in that it is useful to aid the balance of mind and emotions. The effects permeate through to all levels of being and so it can be beneficial whether the cause is physical, mental or emotional.
What to expect from a treatment
The treatment is received fully clothed. After a consultation to ascertain the reason for treatment, an assessment of movement and structure is given at the beginning of the session. Then the treatment takes place lying down on the back on a treatment couch. The work focusses on foundation and semi-foundation joints of the body, with placed fulcrums starting around the lumbar area of the back and then working around sacrum, hips, legs and feet. There is some concentrated work and attention around head, neck, shoulders and upper back to release tension.
Many clients often feel that their posture is improved, weight of balance through the body is more even and that they feel taller! Emotionally there can be a feeling of being centred and aligned with a sense of spaciousness and clarity in the mind. It also has a deeply relaxing effect on mind, emotions and spirit
What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage?
This is an advanced therapy in which a range of specialised and gentle rhythmic pumping techniques are used to move the skin in the direction of the lymph flow. This takes place directly on the skin and is without the use of oil. It stimulates the lymphatic vessels which carry substances that are vital for the defence of the body and removes waste products. The Lymphatic System also transports nutrients and hormones to cells. MLD has been found to rectify metabolic dysfunctions in the fluid between the cells (known as the interstitium).
This is a technique that "speaks" directly to the Lymphatic System and Nervous system, so it is detoxifying and an excellent treatment for those who are highly stressed out as it soothes and eases the nervous system! Having an easeful nervous system, induces the relaxation response, and helps to reduce inflammation in the body, which is one of the primary effects of MLD. It lowers cortisol levels and is also a very effective treatment to have if you suffer from recurrent infections and need to boost your Lymphatic system. A few treatments are recommended in order to support and build up the immune system's ability to cleanse and clear the body.

What is Sound Healing?
Sound Healing is the therapeutic use of sound frequencies using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls and the gong to support balance and harmony in the mind, body and emotions.
The experience is deeply relaxing and immersive, helping to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and ease the effects of stress. Some people experience warmth, tingling or the release of physical tension, while others feel a deep sense of peace, receive intuitive insights, or simply enjoy the opportunity to rest.
Every sound journey is unique.

How Does Sound Healing Work?
Sound is both heard and felt. The vibrations created by singing bowls and gongs travel through the body, encouraging deep relaxation and helping to calm the nervous system.
Many approaches to sound healing describe the body as a system of natural rhythms. When we are stressed or overwhelmed these rhythms can feel out of balance. Through the principle of resonance, harmonious sound encourages the body and mind towards a more balanced state. This process, known as entrainment, is associated with slower brainwave states linked to relaxation, meditation and restorative rest.
Who is Sound Healing For?
Sound Healing is suitable for most people seeking deep relaxation, stress relief and emotional balance. It is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that complements other approaches to wellbeing.
If you wear hearing aids, they should be removed during the session. If you have any medical concerns or are unsure whether Sound Healing is appropriate for you, please get in touch before booking.
1:1 sessions
Your first session lasts around 90 minutes, including a consultation and intention setting. Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes.
You will lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment couch while singing bowls are played around the body and, where appropriate, gently placed on the body so the vibrations can be experienced more directly.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs and provides a deeply restful experience that supports relaxation and overall wellbeing.
Group Sound baths
My group Sound Baths offer a peaceful space to slow down, switch off from the demands of everyday life, and be immersed in the healing vibrations of sound. Some events also include a ceremonial cacao ritual, creating a heart-opening experience that beautifully complements the sound journey.
As you rest comfortably, you will be guided into deep relaxation while crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, the gong, and other therapeutic instruments create a rich tapestry of sound. The vibrations help to calm the nervous system, ease physical and emotional tension, and invite a profound sense of rest and renewal.
Every Sound Bath is a unique experience. Whether you're seeking relief from stress, better sleep, emotional balance, or simply time to pause and reconnect with yourself, you'll be held in a safe and supportive space where there is nothing to do but relax and receive.

Preparing for Labour
Aromatherapy Massage and Reflexology may be used to promote relaxation and wellbeing as you prepare for birth, provided your pregnancy is progressing normally.
With over 30 years of experience in holistic health, I have supported many women throughout pregnancy and as they prepare for birth. Treatments are tailored to your individual needs and can help ease common pregnancy discomforts, including lower back pain, pelvic girdle pain, hip and sacral tension, and tightness in the neck and shoulders.
My aim is to help you feel more comfortable, relaxed, and confident as you prepare for birth. Many mothers-to-be choose to enjoy regular treatments every one or two weeks throughout their pregnancy, followed by weekly treatments during the final five weeks. This can be a wonderful way to support relaxation, helping you approach labour feeling calm, confident, and physically and emotionally prepared for motherhood.
If you have any specific pregnancy conditions, please speak with your midwife or healthcare provider before booking to ensure these treatments are suitable for you.
Postnatal Treatments
