Welcome

For over 30 years I've been supporting people on their journey to greater health and wellbeing through yoga, Ayurveda, therapeutic bodywork, sound healing and holistic therapies.

I'm passionate about creating a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find a path back to balance. Every person is unique, so I take an individual approach, listening carefully and tailoring each session to your needs.

Alongside my work as a holistic therapist, I'm an experienced yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training. I teach regular classes at Triyoga in Camden and Chelsea, and at Yogahome in Stoke Newington, as well as leading workshops, retreats, sound baths and cacao ceremonies.

Clinical Ayurveda has become a central part of my practice, allowing me to work deeply with clients to understand the root causes of imbalance and create personalised, sustainable health plans. I also weave mindfulness, meditation, Reiki & Seichem, aromatherapy and sound healing into my work where appropriate, offering an integrated approach to health and wellbeing.

I believe true wellbeing comes from nurturing the whole person—body, mind and spirit—and it is a privilege to support others in creating lasting, positive change.

I feel incredibly fortunate to do work that I love. Nothing brings me greater joy than helping people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and discover simple, sustainable ways to feel healthier and more at ease.

Whether you come to me for yoga, Ayurveda, bodywork or sound healing, my intention is always the same—to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel listened to, supported and empowered on your journey to wellbeing.

Qualifications

I am a Certified Clinical Ayurveda Practitioner, Senior Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Practitioner, Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, Mindfulness Teacher and Reiki & Seichem Practitioner. I continue to deepen my knowledge through ongoing professional training and study.

I am a registered Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Pros (formerly Yoga Alliance Professionals) and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the College of Sound Healing.

If you're unsure which treatment is right for you, I'd be delighted to help you choose the most appropriate approach for your needs.

My Approach

I believe the most effective healing takes an integrated approach, recognising the connection between body, mind and emotions. Depending on your individual needs, I may incorporate breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, sound healing or simple movement practices to support your treatment and empower you with tools for your everyday wellbeing.
