Florentina Lam-Clark Yoga & Ayurveda

About Me
I have 30 years of experience in holistic treatment practice alongside teaching of yoga classes, workshops in Ayurveda and Aromatherapy and holding Sound baths and cacao ceremonies. The deep immersion in this field, my thirst for knowledge and perpetual learning, has lead me to acquire skills dedicated to living a wholesome life.
Teaching yoga is a joy, and I feel blessed to be able to connect and hold space for others and be immersed in community spirit. I have 500 hours of yoga teacher training and teach in London at Triyoga Centres in Camden and Chelsea and at Yogahome in Stoke Newington.
I'm also trained in Clinical Ayurveda and love working closely with clients, as Ayurveda takes an in-depth approach to understanding each individual's situation.
Mindfulness meditation, Reiki & Seichem healing are tools that I bring to my practice.

An Integrated approach to health & wellbeing
The massage I provide is a fusion of healing, aromatherapy to delight the senses, zero balancing to stretch, align and integrate physical and energy aspects of being, reflex point work to access nerve and energy pathways, a meld of slow, deep and soothing massage techniques to work mindfully and powerfully on all levels of being.
Whichever treatment you choose, a session may incorporate the following aspects according to your needs:-

Postural assessment
Awareness of postural habits and applying corrections to make lasting changes. Improving postural alignment can make all the difference in avoiding the build-up of aches, pains and strains in the body.

Breath Work We may not be aware of our breathing and the connection between the fast pace of life and stress. Remembering to breathe fully and deeply helps to release stress and tension from mind and body. Sound HealingInfusion of crystal bowls and Himalayan metal bowls to begin and end the treatments with. Or you can have a dedicated Sound healing treatment.
Prescribed stretches When healing from an injury, adding simple stretches to your health regime will help you to strengthen, tone and heal. It also encourages flexibility and mobility. If you are fit and well and play sport, you can avoid injury by making sure you are limber and warmed up.
Personal Meditation Coaching A one-to-one session is ideal if you are not keen to learn in a class environment and wish to receive meditation teaching specific to your needs and situation.
